EventMaster allows you to choose from a variety of event notification methods, such as e-mail, web page and batch email. You control which event notifications you wish to receive using flexible subscription rules and filters.
MessageMaster provides functionality that can help create order from the chaos of information flowing throughout the IT environment. MessageMaster organizes messages into hierarchical groupings, routes messages to recipients based upon their subscriptions, and delivers those messages via a number of delivery mechanisms.
Messages can be event log messages from EventMaster, error/warning messages from your applications or scripts, informational or state messages that can allow your applications to communicate with one another, or even reports generated by your applications that IT Management or your end users can subscribe to.
MessageMaster is the messaging framework upon which other applications, such as EventMaster and your in-house applications can be built.
