You are monitoring Task manager on your MessageMaster server, and you notice that the CPU pegs at 100% once a minute, for a while, then drops back to normal. You also notice that your MessageMaster Monitor page shows fast processing of messages while the CPU is high, but then stops processing messages while the CPU is low.
Check the MaxPerMinute registry entry for MessageMaster server. MessageMaster Server has a limit for the number of messages it will process per minute. If this number is reached, MessageMaster will stop processing messages until the minute is up. This can cause the CPU cycles you are seeing.
