You have downloaded one of our products, but you are receiving a setup error, either in a dialog box, in the MSI log, or the installation program's own XML error log.
Here is a list of some installation errors that have been reported to us, and what is likely to be causing them. Please note, our setup error codes are unique across all of our products.
If you are seeing an Event Log error that is caused by setup, and the Source is Objective Software, please refer to Event Log Errors, referenced below, for detailed descriptions and resolutions of the different errors that our products log to the Event Log.
