You use the EventMaster Management page of the MessageMaster console, to configure a new Excluded, Critical or Unconsolidated event. However, your EventMaster clients don't seem to be picking up the new configuration.
The most common cause of this is that someone has secured the IIS server where your EventMaster server is installed. There is one directory that needs to have Anonymous access enabled.
