KB00047: The links listed in my Daily Email are not working

Description

You received a Daily Email notification from MessageMaster. It lists only the titles of the messages you have subscribed to, and provides links to the actual messages. However, when you click on any of the links, you get page not found. You discover that the links are not pointing to your MessageMaster server name, but another server name.

Resolution

The MessageMaster server name specified for one or more of your Active Directory sites is incorrect. Here is how to correct the problem:

• Bring up the MessageMaster console (you need to be logged in as a MessageMaster admin)
• Under the Management menu, click on the link under the "Mange Sites" heading.
• Check the MessageMaster Server value for each of your sites, and modify as necessary. This server name is used in forming the message links in daily email messages.
